What you'll do

• Lead development of technical gear products from brief through design to production readiness.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and CAD drawings.
• Manage prototype development and evaluate manufacturability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and global manufacturing suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
• Support target costing and cost engineering activities.
