What you'll do

• Train and manage post-harvest technicians
• oversee harvesting, drying-area conditions, batch organization, trimming, packaging, and quality control
• maintain checklists, logs, and product documentation
• prepare products for third-party lab testing
• verify seed-to-sale transactions and compliant labeling
• maintain consumables inventory
• oversee equipment, sanitation, waste disposal, scheduling, timecards, and attendance
• support process improvement and SOP training.
