Compensation is $29–$44 per year. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Inpatient Rehabilitation is an onsite role based in Splendora, TX. This role exists to provide direct, compassionate patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician orders. The LPN/LVN contributes to the team by monitoring patient vital signs, observing responses to treatments, and collaborating with Registered Nurses to support patient recovery and celebrate small victories.
