What you'll do

• Direct operations for the leisure/rehabilitation and competition pools, aquatics fitness classes, lessons, meets, lane rentals, partnerships, splash pad, and related events
• ensure compliance with safety and health standards
• maintain permits and operating requirements
• recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff and volunteers
• develop emergency plans and drills
• coordinate promotional materials with Marketing
• manage pool chemicals, inventory, pump-room maintenance, and repairs
• prepare budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and submit reports.

Why this role
