What you'll do

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin care, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing
• assist with feeding, intake and output, weighing, turning, positioning, transfers, and ambulation
• use mobility and medical equipment safely
• maintain rooms and beds
• transport residents and supplies
• perform skin assessments and report abnormalities
• answer resident calls
• collect and label specimens
• report changes or incidents to the Nursing Supervisor
• maintain confidentiality and annual in-service requirements.
