What you'll do

• Assist with daily construction-site scheduling, coordination, documentation, and vendor oversight
• support project tracking, contractor communications, RFI logs, and submittal reviews
• monitor progress and escalate risks, delays, or quality concerns
• coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• participate in planning meetings, site walks, inspections, and punch-list generation
• support budget and cost tracking, invoice and change-order review
• maintain records, drawings, closeout documents, and as-builts
• follow site safety protocols
• travel domestically and internationally as required.
