What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Area Leaders of Marketing
• set regional marketing goals with the Regional Business Unit team
• develop and execute annual regional marketing plans and reevaluate them quarterly
• coach Area Leaders on local plans and sponsorships
• lead high-profile sponsorships and new restaurant opening marketing
• support market activities and restaurant visits
• uphold brand standards
• develop regional reporting
• coordinate campaign rollouts and feedback with support-office teams.
