What you'll do

• Complete the 40-hour RBT training program
• shadow and assist RBTs and Board Certified Behavior Analysts in implementing treatment plans
• collect and record electronic data on client behaviors and progress
• engage clients in therapeutic activities
• communicate with families about daily progress
• attend team meetings and training
• follow ethical guidelines and regulations.
