The Equipment Service Technician role is onsite in Canton, MI. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. Chet’s Rent-All is a family-owned equipment and tool rental company serving contractors, homeowners, and project enthusiasts across the greater Detroit area. The technician inspects, cleans, and maintains rental equipment so it is safe and ready for customer use. The role supports a reliable rental experience through equipment checks, basic maintenance, safe handling, and customer guidance.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• operate equipment for loading and unloading
• follow safety procedures and use PPE
• explain safe equipment operation to customers
• perform routine safety and condition checks
• maintain clean and organized yards and workspaces
• clean equipment
• perform basic equipment or facility maintenance
• complete inspection checklists and report issues
• inspect returned equipment for damage or missing parts
• secure equipment
• support team members.
