What you'll do

• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for new and existing patients
• contact insurers to confirm eligibility and resolve discrepancies
• enter and update patient insurance information
• assist the billing team with claims and follow-ups
• address patient insurance inquiries
• collaborate with the team on office operations.
