Brokerage Account Manager

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships by understanding expectations and preferences
• book freight and plan ahead with Operations to keep drivers moving and reduce layovers
• identify potential service failures and coordinate solutions
• provide shipment updates and respond to customer issues
• solicit additional business from active customers
• log activity in Salesforce and enter accurate data in TMW
• work with customer scorecards
• update customer websites, manage carrier scorecards, and arrange pickup and delivery appointments when applicable.
