What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop residential HVAC service technicians
• conduct ride-alongs
• provide technical support for complex calls and troubleshooting
• monitor productivity, revenue, average ticket, callbacks, and customer satisfaction
• ensure procedures, safety, and quality standards are followed
• partner with dispatch on scheduling and utilization
• support onboarding and training
• conduct field quality audits and coaching
• collaborate with operations leadership.
