Facilities Technician I

What you'll do

• Replace bulbs, unclog drains, and perform minor plumbing or electrical repairs
• assist with scheduled maintenance of HVAC, fire sprinklers, elevators, and other systems
• respond to work orders for minor repairs
• maintain clean and safe common areas
• assist senior technicians on larger repairs
• monitor lighting, security, and climate control systems and report issues.
