Test Manager — Onsite

What you'll do

• Design test plans, define quality metrics, and establish release milestones. Assign tasks and oversee manual and automated testing
• run daily stand-ups
• coach junior testers and help resolve complex bugs
• coordinate testing timelines with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• track defect resolution, document procedures, and report project status and release readiness.
