What you'll do

• Act as a liaison among schools, families, and behavioral health services
• provide individualized, goal-oriented behavioral health support
• educate and coach students, families, and school staff
• collaborate with school teams and professionals to advocate for student needs
• help families access community resources
• complete wellness plans, documentation, and assessments
• support natural support systems and resilience
• drive to school and community locations as needed.
