What you'll do

• Lead clinical, pre-clinical, and CDO Quality departments across the Americas CRO
• develop and implement quality strategies
• oversee QA and QC functions
• build and coach a high-performing team
• maintain quality systems and files
• coordinate and perform internal audits
• audit selected vendors, laboratories, and clinical study sites
• inspect SOP programs and files
• follow up on audit findings and corrective actions
• oversee and participate in regulatory and client inspections.
