Maintenance Supervisor — Multifamily Community

The Maintenance Supervisor — Multifamily Community role is onsite in North Charleston, SC, at Gardens at Montague. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour. NHE provides resident-focused real estate management services for multifamily communities and homeowner associations. The supervisor leads daily maintenance operations to keep apartments, equipment, and shared areas safe and ready for residents. The role coordinates staff, vendors, preventive maintenance, repairs, unit turns, and resident service requests while monitoring work quality and supplies.

What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, and perform maintenance operations
• coordinate unit walks, inspections, move-ins and move-outs, and project planning
• manage make-ready schedules and service requests
• coach maintenance staff
• prioritize resident requests
• prepare vacant units
• conduct safety audits
• oversee preventive maintenance, inventory, vendors, warranties, and quality control
• perform technician duties as needed.
