The Manufacturing and Logistics Apprentice role is onsite in Mercedes, TX. Compensation is $10 per hour. The role supports Western Leather Goods’ boot manufacturing process by crafting boots and components and helping organize production materials and workflow.

What you'll do

• Adjust and align boot vamps
• remove nails and separate leather from lining to prepare for box toe fitting
• heat, shape, and attach box toes
• organize factory-line workflow
• and restock insoles and materials as needed.
