What you'll do

• Welcome patients and build relationships
• answer questions about cash-pay wellness packages, regenerative therapy add-ons, and Medicare Concierge fees
• manage provider schedules, waitlists, leads, and consultations
• respond promptly to patient and provider messages
• verify insurance benefits and process authorizations
• collect payments and maintain accounts receivable
• call and text leads and connect them with appropriate services.
