Full-Time Janitorial Supervisor – Frederick and Hagerstown

What you'll do

• Hire and train cleaners on company standards, products, processes, and procedures
• oversee staff performance and completion of assignments
• inspect work and provide feedback
• help clean when needed and adjust for call-offs
• respond to customer requests
• open and lock facilities and operate security systems as required.
