What you'll do

• Review and evaluate care plans and document progress daily.
• Discuss patient needs with health team members.
• Solicit feedback from caregivers regarding nursing interventions.
• Review and implement new medical orders.
• Assess patient status and report changes to physicians.
• Involve patients and families in decision-making.
• Explain tests, procedures, and medications to patients and families.
