The project manager leads ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation. The role supports successful project delivery across complex urban, infill, podium, mixed-use, and high-density residential construction environments.

What you'll do

• Manage ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
• oversee schedules, budgets, buyouts, and execution
• coordinate subcontractors, contracts, and scopes
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• coordinate with superintendents on field productivity and milestones
• manage project logistics and sequencing
• track costs, forecasts, billing, and financial performance
• participate in owner, consultant, and subcontractor meetings
• support budgeting and constructability reviews
• maintain communication across office, field, and ownership teams.
