What you'll do

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including I/O diagnostics and ladder logic
• perform preventive maintenance and maintain records
• identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes
• request repair parts and supplies
• follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.
