What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain daily sales summaries and bank deposits
• supervise staff, including hiring, training, discipline, and performance evaluation
• operate the cash register as needed
• process invoices
• manage inventory and loss prevention records
• oversee operating expenses, receivables, and payables
• implement policies and procedures
• manage payroll, leave policies, scheduling, and staff meetings
• perform daily market research
• address customer complaints.
