What you'll do

• Lead workstreams across digital transformation, technology delivery, business operations, and enterprise program initiatives
• collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and align work with objectives
• partner with IT and digital teams to evaluate tradeoffs, risks, and solutions
• develop work plans, roadmaps, decision documents, operating models, and implementation plans
• manage quality, risks, and stakeholders
• communicate project details to executives
• develop and track KPIs
• facilitate meetings and workshops
• guide junior team members
• contribute to proposals and client presentations.
