What you'll do

• Manage the accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt through payment and record retention
• review documentation, approvals, and coding
• coordinate payment runs and vendor inquiries
• maintain vendor records and controls
• reconcile records and support close, audits, and Form 1099 preparation
• supervise and develop staff
• oversee client and matter expense recording
• improve procedures and controls.
