The Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) - Initial License Trainee role is an onsite position based in Blue Grass, IA. The purpose of this role is to undergo comprehensive training to obtain a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) license. Upon successful completion, the operator will supervise licensed activities in the reactor control room and oversee reactor and equipment operators.
