What you'll do

• Recruit experienced real estate professionals and maintain a recruiting pipeline

• collaborate with ownership on growth initiatives
• develop future leaders
• strengthen office culture and agent engagement
• monitor productivity, recruiting, and profitability metrics
• represent the Market Center locally.
