The HVAC Lead Installer — Boiler Installation role is onsite in Laurel, MD. Pay is $35–$40 per hour. ARS provides residential HVAC, heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services to homeowners nationwide. The lead installer removes and replaces residential HVAC equipment and installs complete heating and air-conditioning systems to manufacturer specifications and applicable codes. By leading installations with an assigned helper, testing and troubleshooting equipment, and meeting safety and quality standards, the role supports reliable home comfort service.

What you'll do

• Remove and replace boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and air-conditioning units
• install residential heating and air-conditioning systems to manufacturer specifications and HVAC codes
• lead installations with an assigned helper
• start up, test, and troubleshoot equipment
• meet safety, quality, and inspection standards
• maintain a clean job site.
