The Shipping Supervisor – Outbound Operations role is an onsite, full-time position in Wilmington, OH, with an estimated annual pay range of $75,000–$85,000. The role leads outbound shipping at TimberTech’s Wilmington manufacturing facility, coordinating shipments of finished products across North America and international markets. The supervisor leads and develops shipping operators and clerks, oversees daily shipping, and supports safe, accurate, on-time delivery. The role also maintains inventory accuracy and partners with production, customer service, transportation, and receiving to support customer service and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop shipping operators and clerks
• foster accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
• oversee daily shipping operations
• coordinate outbound shipments across flatbeds, vans, railcars, and export containers
• maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO practices, and physical inventory activities
• partner with Production, Customer Service, Transportation, and Receiving
• support a multi-shift operation with a floor presence.
