Volunteer Director

The director builds and improves systems for volunteer recruitment, connection, onboarding, development, and retention. By equipping ministry leaders and monitoring engagement and follow-through, the role helps CCC maintain an effective, sustainable volunteer system across its ministries.

What you'll do

• Build and improve church-wide volunteer systems and processes
• oversee volunteer engagement tools and workflows
• monitor engagement data and follow-up
• equip ministry leaders and evaluate volunteer structures
• develop and facilitate training, tools, and frameworks
• help ministries align volunteers with their strengths and develop volunteer leaders
• and report on volunteer culture, trends, and improvement opportunities.
