What you'll do

• Evaluate vehicle malfunction codes using diagnostic tools
• perform routine maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
• diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, and brake systems
• help establish repair-status tracking and technical documentation procedures
• communicate repair information to coworkers
• support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
