Early Childhood Lead Teacher — Daycare & Preschool is an onsite position in Franklin, MA, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday. The Learning Experience may place the teacher in its Infant, Toddler, or Preschool program based on qualifications and center needs. The teacher leads a developmentally appropriate classroom, supports children’s learning and development, and works with assistant teachers and families to provide a safe, welcoming learning environment.

What you'll do

• Lead an early childhood classroom
• create play-based and hands-on learning experiences
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• support children’s language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
• maintain routines and documentation
• mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• communicate with families
• maintain a safe classroom
• follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
