Senior Project Manager, Low Voltage

The Senior Project Manager, Low Voltage role is onsite in Rancho Cordova, CA. Compensation is $160,000–$210,000 per year. The role supports PRIME’s low-voltage technology solutions and construction project work. The position leads increasingly complex small- to medium-scale projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating teams and stakeholders to deliver safely, on budget, on time, and to quality standards. It also manages project financials, scope changes, jobsite progress, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• define scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline
• oversee project financial activities
• manage and document scope changes
• coordinate with stakeholders and field leadership
• coach project team members
• lead project safety efforts
• maintain an onsite presence and visit jobsites
• collaborate on work procurement and business development.
