What you'll do

• Obtain closed loan packages and review files for accuracy
• follow up on missing or incorrect documents
• prepare, deliver, and track loan notes, mortgages, and recordings
• export completed loan documentation
• maintain HMDA data
• distribute rate sheets and manage the pricing engine
• confirm rate locks, extensions, and repricing
• monitor correspondent and investor pipelines
• prepare and ship files
• reconcile purchase advice and process purchase funding and sales transactions.
