What you'll do
- Perform speech therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- provide skilled services with functional, measurable outcomes
- treat dysphagia, swallowing disorders, cognitive deficits, communication disorders, and voice impairments
- participate in discharge planning and maintenance programs
- supervise assistants where applicable
- maintain patient schedules and timely documentation
- collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff.
