What you'll do

• Own the embedded software and FPGA roadmap
• define hardware-abstraction architecture and interfaces
• guide reusable platform capabilities and technology choices
• coach engineering leads and remove blockers
• set expectations for architecture, reviews, testing, verification, documentation, and operational readiness
• build foundations for Linux, Yocto/OpenEmbedded, CI/CD, reproducible builds, and secure environments
• manage and develop distributed teams
• represent the organization with customers, partners, and government or defense stakeholders.
