What you'll do

• Assist customers and sales staff with HVAC needs
• process HVAC warranties and ship replacement products
• prepare and distribute vendor activity reports
• process quotes within 24–48 hours
• manage email workflow
• track returns through resolution and orders through fulfillment
• remain logged into queues during business hours
• participate in product knowledge opportunities.
