What you'll do

• Monitor local security conditions and emerging trends
• implement preventative safety and security programs and training across accounts
• direct day-to-day security operations at designated posts
• conduct site visits, update post orders, and evaluate guard performance
• investigate threats and security incidents
• develop and rehearse emergency response and crisis management plans
• support post commanders and managers
• follow client policies and maintain grooming standards.
