What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through leasing
• track lease expirations and prepare renewal offers
• respond to resident inquiries
• maintain resident files
• process move-ins and move-outs and coordinate inspections
• enter and close maintenance work orders
• support key logs, packages, and office opening and closing
• maintain office supplies
• provide cross-property support
• participate in training and team meetings.
