What you'll do

• Oversee routing, dispatch, and service delivery
• manage CDL drivers and equipment in compliance with DOT regulations
• ensure vehicle maintenance and inspections
• monitor driver performance, hours of service, and safety
• manage site P&L, budgets, and reports
• identify cost savings
• retain customers and pursue new business
• resolve customer issues
• recruit, onboard, coach, and develop staff
• conduct safety meetings and ensure training.
