Maintenance Technician — Full-Time and Part-Time Positions

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance at group homes
• prioritize service orders and update house staff
• complete minor to moderate plumbing repairs
• repair light fixtures and perform minor electrical work
• diagnose household appliances
• complete carpentry, room preparation, lock, and hardware repairs
• interact respectfully with residents and staff.
