The Machine Operator — Web Press role is onsite in Fitchburg, MA, with pay of $19–$21 per hour depending on experience. The pressroom role supports production at TK Cups, an Arch Promo Group division. This operator sets up, runs, monitors, and maintains web-fed printing presses to produce printed products to job specifications. The work includes managing substrate, tension, ink, registration, and quality, recording production information, and coordinating with operators and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate web presses to job specifications
• load and thread substrate
• prepare inks and coatings
• adjust tension, registration, color, and speed
• inspect output and address defects
• pack finished products where required
• perform routine preventive maintenance and in-scope troubleshooting
• record production, scrap, downtime, and quality events
• coordinate with coworkers
• follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
