Import Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Prepare and process customs entries and bonds
• complete regulatory documents, transit documents, and customs clearances
• maintain client HTS databases
• distribute and release shipment documents
• review client billing
• apply Incoterms and invoice requirements
• coordinate with carriers, forwarders, brokers, trucking companies, and agents
• prepare reports
• provide professional customer service.
