Service Technician I or II

Job overview

The Service Technician I or II role is onsite in Florissant, MO, with stated pay of $20–$27 per hour and an 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule plus an on-call rotation. RBM Partners is improving and maintaining its residential community. The technician completes maintenance work orders, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance while responding to resident and property needs. The role helps maintain the community’s safety, appearance, and functionality and coordinates with managers, residents, teammates, and vendors.

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns
• assist with preventive maintenance programs
• communicate property needs, resident concerns, and repair solutions to the Service Manager and Community Manager
• meet quality and safety standards
• maintain tool and supply inventory
• perform grounds upkeep, trash removal, and property inspections
• use AppFolio to track work orders and communication
• participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
• collaborate with team members and vendors.
