What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate Maintenance Department operations
• arrange fire and internal safety inspections and corrective actions
• supervise corrective and preventive maintenance
• develop and manage preventive maintenance programs
• evaluate major projects and property improvements
• maintain equipment records and arrange repairs
• perform minor repairs and installations within expertise
• train personnel and residents on safety and maintenance
• oversee contractors on the premises.
