What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and assist with directions
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activities.

Why this role

Full-time schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 2 p.m.–10 p.m., and Sunday, 2 p.m.–10 p.m. Requires meeting hospital vaccination requirements, ability to restrain individuals, and a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
