The intern assists with technology operations and projects, providing staff support and helping maintain systems, networks, and security processes. The role contributes to reliable technology services through troubleshooting, documentation, and project assistance while gaining hands-on experience in the public power and energy industry.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for staff
• assist with computer imaging, software installation, equipment deployment, and asset inventory
• support user account administration, security checks, and backup monitoring
• assist with technology projects, report development, cloud services, and emerging technology research
• document technical procedures and contribute to IT process and user-support improvements.
