What you'll do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Treat mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Prescribe and manage MAT.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Participate in case conferences.
• Maintain documentation in EPIC.
