What you'll do

• Handle, transport, and plate food
• follow menus, recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary requirements
• prepare food and snacks
• monitor food freshness and temperature
• maintain meal-service logs
• stock and clean stations
• deliver and retrieve food carts
• wash and sanitize dishes and utensils
• follow food rotation and sanitation procedures.
